Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Listening Manager / Senior Manager to lead and scale our Social Listening practice. This role will be responsible for scaling and managing the social listening vertical as a revenue-generating unit, delivering high-quality insights, and supporting brands with real-time intelligence that informs communications, reputation management, and marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking and hands-on expertise with social listening platforms to translate online conversations into actionable insights.
