The Workforce Planning (WFP) team within Amazon's Senior Leadership Experience (SLX) organization is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of an enterprise-wide workforce planning platform — built from the ground up to replace offline, spreadsheet-based planning with integrated, AI-powered experiences.

You'll be driving new capabilities that transform how senior leaders align talent investments with business needs — leveraging machine learning, agentic AI, and Finance system integration to surface data-driven workforce decisions at Amazon scale. Our platform is launching across Amazon's major business units and will be the system of record for OP1 2027 workforce planning.
