Review existing policies, cost/benefit analysis on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structure and processes.
Design, develop and implement C&B programmes through strong engagement of key stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR business partners, HR shared services (Business Solution Centre, BSC based in KL) and JSG C&B to ensure consistent implementation.
Coordinate with BSC on monthly final payroll checking while BSC is responsible for monthly payroll with external payroll vendor Prosoft.
Responsible for HR Policies (Employee Handbook) review, update and communication to employees, biβannually where applicable.
Lead the annual Company insurance renewal with broker.
Evaluate, manage third party vendors responsible for providing data or services for benefits programmes, ensuring contract obligations are met e.g. MHC vendor.
