Plan and conduct technical, product, and warranty training for technicians, service advisors, and dealer networks Delivering basic soft-skills, product, warranty, and technical training for service advisor/ frontliner staff across internal operations /dealer networks Provide secondlevel technical diagnostics and troubleshooting support to workshops, resolving complex issues and minimizing downtime Act as a technical liaison to shop floor operations, including conducting or coordinating test drives to validate customer concerns Support daily operations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including procurement of workshop tools, lubricants, and equipment, and resolving workshop ITrelated matters Manage administrative documentation for technical, training, wa...
