ABOUT THE ROLE
As Technical expert to provide Customer the Competitive solution in RFQ phase.
Present proper solution to Global for Screening/CQA approval.Analysis the ED&T cost and quote to Customer. Lead the engineering activities before project Nomination to ensure all deliverables provided on time with high quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Transfer customer requirements to internal, coordinate internal resources to complete shock absorber design and feasibility analysis.Communicate and understand customer SOR and technical requirements.Coordinate resources to finish design, such as 3D, 2D, FEA. Review designs with internal team (CE, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers).Cooperation with R&D and manufacturing teams to align damper designs with customer requirements.Arrange technical review meetings with customers.Lead technical evaluations of damper designs for new project....
