About the Role
The role of the Safety Management System (SMS) Manager provide support to the CMM, including but not limited to management of the SMS. Support in conducting audits in order to demonstrate compliance with regulatory standards, company procedures and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the Company SMS
- Generation of Safety Action Group (SAG) material & hosting meetings
- Assisting AM to create & present Safety Review Board (SRB) slide-pack
- Assist with the production & implementation of the Part 145 audit programme
- Assist with control of the company authorisation system
- Management of company SMS
- Conduct Safety Investigations as required
- Daily administration & monitoring of the Occurrence Reporting System
- Monitoring and providing feedback on the safety performance of the organisation
