Long Term Care Nurse

Short Description: 48hr/wk, Nights, weekends and holidays per unit need Address: 150 Highland Ave, Rochester, NY 14620 ****Accepting Locals****

Complete Description: 1 RN for 20 residents, 8-10 per LPN and 4-6 per CNA. Residents will be geriatric long term care with wound care but no trachs. No acute care needs will be in the facility. Opportunity to provide care for older adults in a long term care environment. Duties include direct patient care including medication administration and oversight of CNA colleagues. Must have good critical thinking skills and ability to work independently while providing care with dignity and respect. At least 2 years' experience in long term care setting, NYS LPN license and BLS from AHA required.

• Two (2) Years' Experience - Required - 2 - Years
• LPN License (NY License ONLY) - Required
