Job Summary

The Subject Matter Expert (SME)—Technician/Operator I is responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, and testing training solutions for military systems, as well as delivering technician and operator training. This role supports the development of training devices and instructional materials while ensuring compliance with technical standards and contractual requirements.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for training solutions related to military platforms, systems, or equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop software-based and simulation training solutions, including virtual and augmented reality systems.
