We at Coforge are hiring for Smart COMM Developer to design, develop, and support customer communication templates and solutions using the Smart Communications (Smart COMM) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in document composition, template development, and integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Smart COMM templates for customer communications (letters, emails, SMS, PDFs).
- Configure and implement data mapping, business rules, and document workflows within Smart COMM.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, BA/PO, and design teams to understand communication requirements.
