5+ years Project Management experience designing and deploying IoT systems for commercial high-rise buildings, with direct exposure to multi-floor (10+ story) retrofits
Project Management experience with interacting with construction trades and business stakeholders
Strong proficiency in IoT and open protocols: MQTT, Zigbee, BACnet, CoAP, Modbus, LONworks, and SNMP for communication including vertical mesh networking and RF signal optimization across concrete/steel floors
Expert-level knowledge of smart sensors (occupancy, temperature, CO2, energy metering) and hardware integration, including edge gateways and modular floor-level deployments
