An exciting opportunity has become available to work as a Sleep Physiologist and join our passionate and multi-disciplinary sleep team at Rotorua hospital.
About the role
The Respiratory and Sleep service is part of Medical Services and provides a range of sleep diagnostic and treatment options for adults with sleep disorder breathing.
Scope of Role:
* To work as part of a team coordinating home-based sleep studies. * To help maintain a smooth and efficient service, including timely response to patient enquiries. * Troubleshooting patient problems with their masks and machines * To analyse and report on sleep studies in a timely manner, following international standards. * To facilitate Group CPAP education sessions and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) follow-up clinics in Rotorua, and twice a month in Taupo. * To liaise with the Respiratory-Sleep physicians with...
