Description

Hamilton Local School District is seeking an Intervention Specialist in our Student Learning Classroom (SLC) Unit at Hamilton Elementary. The contract is for 185 day contact at 7.5 hours a day to start immediately for the 2026‑2027 school year.

Minimum Qualifications

• A valid K‑12 or P‑3 Intervention Specialist Mild/Mod or Mod/Intense Teaching Certificate through the Ohio Department of Education.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Provide an educational program for students as defined in their Individual Education Plan (I.E.P.).
• Develop and implement an Individualized Educational Program for each child that complements their educational strengths and needs as defined through the multifaceted evaluation and I.E.P. process, and the Regular Education Curriculum.
