Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Skincare Formulator to develop and enhance a range of high-quality herbal personal care products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic chemistry with hands‑on experience in formulating skincare, haircare, body care and fragrance products. This role involves product development from concept to commercialization ensuring safety, stability and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate new products including perfumes, body lotions, creams, hair serums, shampoos, sunscreens, deodorants and other personal care items with a focus on herbal and natural ingredients.
• Conduct laboratory testing including stability, compatibility, pH, viscosity and microbial analysis.
• Ensure all formulations comply with UAE regulations (e.g., ESMA, MoIAT, GCC standards) and international cosmetic safety guidelines.
