**Rate of Pay and Benefits:**

**Electricians** are paid a starting hourly rate of $43.80 with a top hourly base rate of $44.00, plus C.O.L.A., and applicable shift, overtime, and holiday premiums. Cleveland Engine Plant is unique as our electricians are represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
