This role focuses on commercial and residential remodel carpentry within a wide range of commercial projects, typically valued between $3–10 million. You will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures for projects such as schools, municipal buildings, mixed-use commercial spaces, office spaces, gas stations, fast food restaurants, and commercial upfits. You will contribute to project layout, structural framing, and finish work while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship.
