Your new roleAs a Situation Manager in our Global IT Support organisation, you'll be at the frontline of ensuring best-in-class 24/7 IT services. You'll manage major and critical incidents across a wide range of technologies, working closely with skilled colleagues in the SIMA (Situation Management) team to maintain operational stability across Novo Nordisk's global systems.
