Position Overview
Responsibilities - To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.
- To supervise the work of sub‑contractors and in‑house workers.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
- Distributing resources. Following the project in case, there is a need to handle or supervise some tasks.
- Time management. Developing deliverable schedules for the project or construction team.
- Ensure project completion and handover on time.
