Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities: Site work coordination and site supervision. Site management from conception to execution to completion. Supervise of construction works in ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project's specifications and drawings. Liaise with between Client(s) & contractor(s) and suppliers for site coordination. Prepare sales quotations and all relevant work documents. Reports to Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineers. Submission of summary of daily activity. Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety. Requirements: Relevant job experience (construction/commercial preferred). Able to read, understand and work from technical drawing. Strong leadership. Good communication skills and resources. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flexibility to work extended hours when required.
