The Role - Site Supervisor

As Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day management of works on site, ensuring all activities are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality standards, and strict prison security procedures.

This is a hands on role, responsible for multi trade activities including carpentry, general fabric and externals .

You will coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades across and fire protection packages, while maintaining strong communication with the client, prison staff, and wider project teams.

Working within a live custodial environment will require excellent planning, attention to detail, and the ability to manage works with minimal disruption to prison operations.
