We're hiring site supervisors and foremen for residential construction projects in Halifax.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily crew operations and task assignments


• Coordinate schedules between trades and subcontractors


• Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards


• Report progress and flag issues to project management

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years construction experience with 2+ in a supervisory role


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Knowledge of residential construction sequences


• Reliable transportation
