Job description
As a site manager, you will organise construction sites from start to completion with the utmost care for safety and quality. In doing so, you work closely with project leaders, foremen, workers and subcontractors. Presence on our sites is necessary to feel and help shape our daily operations.
You identify the tasks to be performed, equipment and other requirements of the client based on the specifications.You organise the site with due regard for the safety of all those involved; you monitor and enforce safety procedures; you hold workers accountable for this.You manage the work force; you supervise and guide subcontractors and your own employees; you give clear and simple instructions.You ensure the necessary work preparation and instructions at site level.You explain the technical execution of ...
