We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure their timely completion within budget and to high-quality standards.
The Site Superintendent is responsible for the day‑to‑day on‑site management, coordination, and supervision of all construction activities from mobilization through turnover. This role ensures the project is constructed in accordance with the contract documents, drawings, schedule, safety standards, and quality expectations, with a strong focus on coordination of site works, building envelope, interior finishes, and tenant requirements.
The project consists of the construction of a ±15,000 sq. ft. single‑storey Shoppers Drug Mart (Model Square) on a ±1.9‑acre site with surface parking, truck delivery access, underground services, landscaping, and exterior site works.
