Position Overview

Overview
: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Site Services Team Leader on behalf of one of our clients.To deputise for the Site Services Senior Supervisor and provide technical support to the Site Services team. This includes overseeing the maintenance and operation of critical site infrastructure such as boilers, refrigeration, utility supplies, air compressors, air handling systems, pipework and effluent plant. The role also supports factory start-ups and ensures engineering standards are upheld.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the site services engineering team to ensure timely completion of job sheets and PPMs.

Attend daily engineering meetings to report on site services KPIs and escalate unresolved issues.
