Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety laws/regulations, and global policies/standards. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections; issue safety work permits; facilitate MOC (Management of Change) process and implement controls. Implement and manage site ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) systems and Health, Safety & Welfare Committee. Lead site ESHA Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) requirements implementation and provide technical guidance. Implement Emergency Management Organization, organize drills and training. Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and determine preventive actions. Monitor and report ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) performance metrics, key figures, and risk portfolios. Deliver ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) training and promote a strong safety culture.
