**Job Summary**
Execute a Corporate worksite Health & Safety program at assigned facility and develop and administer site-specific Health & Safety programs, consistent with established Company policies and in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Train workforce on safety procedures and requirements. Ensure all elements of contract safety requirements are being followed and adopted. Reports to Site Level Program Manager.
**Primary Job Functions**
+ Designation, assignment, coordination, and monitoring of alternate designated representatives and competent persons as required by the contract.
+ Review and approval of Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), especially for work performed outside normal duty hours.
+ Collection and maintenance of certified EMR ratings for all subcontractors; these must be made available to the Government upon request.
