Position Overview
Responsibilities - Create and manage QAQC documents (ITPs, checklists, NCR forms, registers) with version control and traceability.
- Present quality performance in monthly reviews; liaise with clients, subcontractors, and auditors; review method statements.
- Deliver QAQC and product‑specific training; support competency assessments.
- Develop weekly quality dashboards tracking ITP compliance, NCRs, and test results.
- Conduct quarterly internal audits, issue findings, and track closures.
- Raise NCRs, perform root‑cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.
- Maintain lessons‑learned register and drive quality initiatives.
Requirements - Degree in Civil, Geotechnical or related Engineering.
- 1 – 5 years of experience in geotechnical, civil, or oil & gas projects.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Plaxis 2D & 3D.
- Certified as a WSH Supervise Construction Work.
