Responsibilities:
Create and manage QAQC documents (ITPs, checklists, NCR forms, registers) with version control and traceability. Present quality performance in monthly reviews liaise with clients, subcontractors, and auditors review method statements. Deliver QAQC and product-specific training support competency assessments. Develop weekly quality dashboards tracking ITP compliance, NCRs, and test results. Conduct quarterly internal audits, issue findings, and track closures. Raise NCRs, perform root-cause analysis, and verify corrective actions. Maintain lessons-learned register and drive quality initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil, Geotechnical or related Engineering. 1 - 5 years of experience in geotechnical, civil, or oil & gas projects. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Plaxis 2D & 3D. Certified as a WSH Supervise Construction Work. Knowledge of VBA / Python is a plus.
