**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to implement these changes.
+ 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, or a related technical field.
+ 7 years of experience with directly managing contract manufacturers (CMs) or external vendors, including day-to-day operational oversight.
