Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the timely execution of construction and installation activities.
Supervise all on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is performed as per project specifications and safety standards. Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the Project Director.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site.
Resolve site issues and conflicts quickly to avoid project delays. Ensure quality control and compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and codes.
Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, progress photos, and issue logs.
Manage site logistics including equipment, material deliveries, and site access.
