Hill Farm Site Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity to join Boxford Farms Senior Management team, reporting directly to the Farms General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, productivity, and overall success of our Hill farm site. This role oversees staff, manages crop production activities, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong horticultural knowledge and excellent organizational skills who will help drive innovation, growth and profitability on our top & stone fruit enterprise.
