You'll be overseeing a £35m leisure centre development, managing both internal and external packages from early works through to final completion and handover.

This is a hands-on role for someone confident running site operations, coordinating trades, and driving programme performance across multiple work fronts. You'll need to be equally comfortable managing building envelopes and external works as you are with complex internal fit-out elements.

The role offers a £270 - £300 per day (CIS) rate, with long-term project duration and strong continuity of work through to completion.
