My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a residential development in Southampton. This is an immediate‑start position, ideal for someone who can step in and take ownership of day‑to‑day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site activities and ensure smooth project delivery

Coordinate subcontractors and trades

Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

Monitor progress, quality, and site documentation

Report directly to the Project Manager

Requirements

Proven experience managing residential construction sites

Strong organisational and communication skills

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential)

Ability to start immediately
