Working Hours: 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Monthly Salary Range: SGD $5,500 - $7,000per month
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site management experience in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee daily construction site activities
. Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors
. Manage manpower, materials and equipment
. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
. Prepare site reports and progress updates
Requirements:
. Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
. Strong leadership and communication skills
. Able to manage project schedules, manpower and site operations
. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
. Relevant Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
