Salary: £50,000/£55,000 + Package

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career with a leading regional contractor? You'll be instrumental in overseeing the day‑to‑day running of a variety of schemes ranging in value from £500K-£10m.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and directing both our directly employed site staff and valued contractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Planning and programming all site activities, meticulously coordinating labour and resources to ensure seamless operations.
• Working in close partnership with Contracts/Project Managers to ensure projects progress according to programme, with a sharp focus on effective cost control and delivering value.
