We are seeking an experienced Social Housing Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a refurbishment programme involving the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms within occupied social housing properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining excellent communication with residents, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee day‑to‑day site operations for kitchen and bathroom installation works within social housing properties.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities are carried out in line with current health and safety legislation, company policies, and site‑specific requirements.
• Contractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
