They’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take control of a development in a well-positioned East Sussex location – offering that balance of peaceful surroundings and be close to the seaside.

This is a live site that needs someone who can keep momentum, stay ahead of the programme, and maintain standards from start to finish.

You’ll have the support of an on‑site team around you, giving you the structure to focus on running a tight, well‑organised site.
