£32.00 per hour CIS (Initial) ?? £42.5k–£58k + Package (Permanent)

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in domestic planned maintenance, roofing, or renewable energy installations? We are seeking a proactive, site-based leader to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a major Wave 3 whole-house retrofit programme across Oxfordshire.

This position is a Temp-to-Perm career opportunity. It allows you to take immediate operational ownership of the site delivery team during an initial contract period, leading directly to a permanent staff contract with excellent long-term career stability in the booming green energy sector.
