FMCG concern is seeking a Site Manager to be responsible for controlling a full manufacturing site with a cross-functional understanding of all areas of a manufacturing facility and is adept at managing personnel & Labour relations along with the plant operations.

Responsibilities: Carry out a thorough review of all processes and procedures currently being used by the Company and review where improvements could be made to increase efficiency. Planning and monitoring of the site to ensure that work is executed within the budgets allowed and in accordance with the contractual programme. Ensure that Industrial Relations are maintained and that grievances not resolved at site level are handled in accordance with the company policy and where required, chair disciplinary hearings.
