What you'll be doing

Lead and manage the facility’s day‑to‑day operations to achieve business and financial objectives.

What we're looking for

In-depth knowledge of HVAC&R systems, specialty refrigerants, and relevant chemical processes.

Familiarity with health, safety, environmental regulations, and quality standards applicable to the industry.

Strong analytical abilities to assess operational performance, conduct laboratory tests, and make data‑driven decisions.
