Responsibilities:

• Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors, and students.
• Maintain rigourous quality control measures throughout the project.
• Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications and requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.

Rate: £220 a day
