Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and coordinate multiple trades on site.
• Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Report progress and maintain proper site documentation.
• Conduct site meetings and provide guidance to supervisors and foremen.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities on site.
• Ability to lead site teams effectively.

Salary: $6,000 to $8,000
