We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to lead our Employment Services team at our Werribee site.

This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who’s passionate about empowering people and delivering a real impact. You will lead, train, and support a team of Employment Coaches and manage day-to-day site operations, drive performance outcomes, promote opportunities and enhance service delivery to best meet the needs of participants to achieve positive outcomes.
