Immediate start on a large complex Christchurch project, we’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established project team delivering a large complex building project.
Reporting to a successful on site PM and working alongside a large team you will lead a complex package of work with main responsibilities including
Short-term programming and schedulingReviewing of plans and organising subcontractors and tradesQuality assurance and on-site issue resolutionManagement of RFIs, documentation, and site reportingDaily toolbox talks and site health & safety leadership What You’ll Bring
