Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Leader to manage Sub Same Day (SSD) operations at one of our fulfillment nodes in the São Paulo metro region. This role is responsible for end-to-end operational performance under the roof — from inbound transfer receipt from feeder FCs through processing, sortation, and dispatch to last mile — ensuring delivery promises of 3 hours or less are consistently met. The Site Leader will own safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance across multiple dispatch cycles daily, driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
