As a Site Leader, you will be at the forefront of Lubrizol’s operations in Montmeló, leading a high‑performing team and ensuring the site delivers safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with business goals. Your leadership will directly shape site culture, operational performance, and strategic execution. You’ll work across diverse functions to deliver sustainable solutions that advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life.
