Position Overview
Responsibility:
- Implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy on site
- Manage and maintain a highly effective team on site with strong accountability
- Report on site all HR metrics continuously
- Support line management regarding Industrial relations and advise on best practice.
- Ensure compliance to the recruitment and selection process
- Management of employee attendance, absenteeism, and habitual sick leave on site
- Drive Induction and Onboarding initiatives with line management to maximise retention of prospective candidates
- Ensure legislative compliance on site in line with HQ Compliance department
