Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Site HR Coordinator to manage on-site human resources operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will support workforce administration, employee relations, recruitment coordination, compliance, and site documentation while ensuring smooth HR processes at the project site.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate daily HR activities at the project site, including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Handle onboarding and orientation of new site employees and workers.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation, including contracts, visa records, and compliance files.
- Support recruitment activities for site manpower requirements.
