Job Description & Requirements

. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations:

. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications:

. Liaising with contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project:

. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force:

. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

. Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.

. Preparing VO and other reports as required.

. Other related duties, as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree , related in Construction

- At least 1 year related working experience in Building Construction

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers...
