JOB DETAILS

1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in covering roofs with roofing materials
2) Schedules work and assigns duties to workers.

3) Demonstrates to new workers techniques of applying various types of roofing material.

4) Inspects work in progress and when completed to determine conformance to specifications.

5) Assisting with quoting & invoicing

6) Ordering & arranging delivery of material

7) Keeping record of stock in our yard

8) Ensuring our customers are receiving the highest level of service

9) Flexible to visit sites at different location

10) Communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, e.g. construction managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, architects designers, other engineers
