Site Engineer - Durban - Kwazulu Natal

We are searching for a Site Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery is compliant with the occupational health and safety legislation, implementing a planned maintenance program, and ensuring that the statutory machinery records are kept and maintained.

Job Specification

To provide Managerial, Engineering, and Strategic Support, and to manage integrated Facilities Management solutions on various sites. Key responsibilities include:

• To be responsible for occupational health and safety in all matters pertaining to the use of machinery and assets.
• To meet the statutory engineering requirements and compliance at all times and take responsibility for the implementation of the relevant statutory duties.
• To ensure that the legal requirements in respect of machinery are complied with, especially towards the correct use, maintenance, safeguarding, inspection, and testing.
